Exterior Paint Prep

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FOR YOUR EXTERIOR PAINT JOB

Proper Surface Preparation

Power wash surfaces to remove dirt, mold and mildew with bleach and water solution.

Scrape,  sand or wire brush surfaces to remove loose or peeling paint.

Prime as needed.

Use of high quality latex paints and stains.

Use proper and good quality tools and safety procedures.

High quality brushes and roller covers apply the paint smoothly which improves durability.

We adhere to all MIOSHA (job safety dept.) safety standards for job performance, including ladder and scaffold safety.

Paint in the right weather conditions. Ideally, exterior painting should be done when the temperature is between 50 and 85*, with no wind. But we don’t live in an ideal world. We will do our best to mimic those conditions by painting in the shade on days with little or no wind and of course no rain.

We will properly protect all your belongings and vegetation, and clean up as many paint chips as possible.
